Mercury Synthetic
A downloadable game
Mercury Synthetic is a Bradbury and Asimov inspired game of roleplaying and storytelling that focuses on storytelling, including the use of flashbacks and cues to set scenes where the mechanics add complications rather than determining success and failure.
Set on Mercury at a time when humans and AI have become increasingly similar, it deals with the politics, social structures, and relationships that spring up on the solar system's hottest planet.
The system is built with a heavy focus on bonds between characters, and was created for the Amor Ex Machina game jam.
